Book of $DODO

Part 1: The Last Egg

No one knows exactly where the island is.
Maybe it was erased from the maps on purpose.
Maybe it never existed in our time.

But there, in a crater formed by a comet centuries ago, life still tried to resist.
Under a palm tree bent by the wind and surrounded by silence, there was a nest.
A single nest.
A single egg.

Ancient writings say it was the last Dodo egg in existence.
Abandoned by the world, forgotten by nature, but still warm.
Still alive.

For 7 days and 7 nights the moon illuminated it, while the world outside was in flames.
The species was extinct. Humanity distracted. But something in that egg moved.

Until…
🌅 At dawn on the seventh day, the sky darkened.
A shower of meteorites began to fall on the planet as a divine punishment.

And just then…
crack.

A small beak pierced the shell.
Then two little eyes. Then two crooked legs.
It was born.
A baby Dodo. Alone, scared… but alive.
